Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 100 days of receiving your order, together with the return form.
All costs related to the return shipment are covered by you.

Packages sent to a parcel shop or to an incorrect address will not be collected.

Claims

Please check your order as soon as possible and no later than within 7 days of receipt.
If your order is damaged, defective, or missing parts:

• Please contact us directly and provide your order number

• Attach photos and a short description of the issue where possible to ensure faster processing
  

Returns & Claims – Quick Overview

🕒 100-day return period
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 100 days.

💳 Return shipping & refund
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued using the same payment method.

❌ Not eligible for return
RackBuddy Logan, custom-made orders, and surplus spare parts (except parts purchased via our Spare Parts page).
👉 Please always check measurements and specifications before ordering.

📦 Secure packaging
Please pack items securely. Shelves and pipes should preferably be packed separately. You are responsible for ensuring items arrive back in good condition.

📝 Return form required
Please include a completed return form in each box. Without a return form, we cannot process your return. If you do not have a printer, the form may be completed by hand.

⏱️ Processing time
Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.
