Which walls are suitable?
The product can be mounted on concrete, brick, and wood. Screws and plugs are included, but we recommend choosing the correct plugs for your wall.

How much weight can the brackets hold?
Up to 100 kg depending on proper installation and wall type.

Pipes:
square iron pipes, 2,5cmx2,5cm. The pipes receive a black or white powder
coating with lightly structured surface for a matt finish.

The pipes are rust free.

Load
capacity: The holders can carry up to 100kg. BE AWARE that the load capacity is
highly dependent on the load capacity of your wall.

Screws & universal plugs are included. We recommend using plugs
specifically for your type of wall to ensure stability.

Useful
tools for assembly: Power drill is needed to attach rack to wall. The plugs are
a size 8. The screws are 4,5mm torx screws.

In general, our racks can be mounted to all types of walls, also plaster walls. It is always important to use the right plugs for your wall. The plugs included in orders are universal plugs and are maybe not the best plugs for your wall. We therefore recommend that you find out which plugs would fit your wall best.

Please note, however, that for clothing rails and shelves mounted only to the wall or ceiling the stability is very dependent on the load capacity of the wall. The load capacity varies from wall to wall and has to be analyzed by a handyman on site. For walls with a lighter load capacity, we recommend clothing racks with supports to the floor to take weight off the wall. Examples are our RackBuddy Bob Steele and our Walk-In models.

We can sadly not offer you a mounting service for your rack. If you do not want to mount your rack yourself, we recommend contacting a local handyman.

Please be aware, that while we of course aim for perfection, packing mistakes or delivery delays can occur. In this case we will of course figure out a solution together with you as fast as possible, but we do not offer any kind compensation, if this causes a delay/higher costs in the mounting process. Therefore, we suggest waiting to book an appointment with your local handyman till you received all the packages. We can send you a detailed piece list as well, so you can easily check yourself if all parts were included in your order beforehand.

We have two offices in Denmark. One on Frederiksberg Allé 3 in Frederiksberg and one on Gl. vardevej 66A in Esbjerg. It’s possible for you, prior to appointment, to see a selection of our products at those locations.
