Use the two sections with clothes rails to organise your clothes – ideal for dividing between everyday and seasonal wear or between two people – while the shelves in the middle work as shelving for shoes, bags or accessories. The symmetrical design gives a calm and clear expression, where function and aesthetics go hand in hand. Materials and design Original Walk-In is made from raw water pipes in iron, giving an authentic industrial expression. The pipes are treated with a transparent lacquer, where the colour comes from the material itself. This means that patina, shade variations and small differences are a natural part of the design – making each rack unique. The system is constructed with a combination of Key Clamps and fittings with conical threads. This means that parts of the thread on the pipes will be visible. This is a deliberate part of the design and emphasises the raw and industrial look. The shelves are made from FSC-certified oak veneer and are available in classic, smoked or dark oak. This ensures both high quality and responsible forestry. Does it require floor mounting?No, the system is fixed to the back wall and does not require floor mounting. Screws and universal plugs for mounting are included. How much can the system carry?The rack can carry up to 100 kg, and the shelves up to 40 kg. DIY – customise your own solution You have the option to customise our Original Walk-In system yourself. With the flexible 90° top brackets, which do not require threading in the pipe, you can – with the right tools*** – customise the length of the top pipe, which is mounted directly in the bracket. The same applies to the clothes rail, which comes with either Tee Clamp fittings or Cross Tee Clamp fittings depending on the setup.
