Installation Instructions
Screws and universal wall plugs are included in the delivery. As wall types and load-bearing capacity may vary, we recommend checking your wall type before installation and using suitable screws and wall plugs if necessary.

For walls made solely of plasterboard, we do not recommend fully wall-mounted solutions.

Tools Required for Installation
A drill is required to mount the rack to the wall.

-The included wall plugs are size 8.
-The screws are 4.5 mm Torx screws.
- The shelf is not pre-drilled.

Material & Finish
Round ¾-inch iron pipes with a diameter of 27 mm. The pipes are coated with a clear lacquer; the colour comes from the iron itself. Minor colour variations may occur.

Our pipes are available in a dark, untreated finish or in a light, galvanised version – both with an industrial look and authentic patina.

The visible threads are intentionally part of the design.

Wood
FSC-certified wood veneer, produced in Denmark. The surface consists of real wood veneer and may show natural variations in colour and grain.

Load Capacity
-The pipes can support up to 100 kg.
-The shelf can support up to 40 kg.

Important: The actual load capacity depends largely on the material and load-bearing capacity of your wall.

In general, our racks can be mounted to all types of walls, also plaster walls. It is always important to use the right plugs for your wall. The plugs included in orders are universal plugs and are maybe not the best plugs for your wall. We therefore recommend that you find out which plugs would fit your wall best.

Please note, however, that for clothing rails and shelves mounted only to the wall or ceiling the stability is very dependent on the load capacity of the wall. The load capacity varies from wall to wall and has to be analyzed by a handyman on site. For walls with a lighter load capacity, we recommend clothing racks with supports to the floor to take weight off the wall. Examples are our RackBuddy Bob Steele and our Walk-In models.

It is perfectly normal that you can still see the threads of the rack and that it is not entirely screwable into the fittings or end pieces. It is also not possible to screw our pipes to 100% into the threads as we are working with conical threads.

We can sadly not offer you a mounting service for your rack. If you do not want to mount your rack yourself, we recommend contacting a local handyman.

Please be aware, that while we of course aim for perfection, packing mistakes or delivery delays can occur. In this case we will of course figure out a solution together with you as fast as possible, but we do not offer any kind compensation, if this causes a delay/higher costs in the mounting process. Therefore, we suggest waiting to book an appointment with your local handyman till you received all the packages. We can send you a detailed piece list as well, so you can easily check yourself if all parts were included in your order beforehand.

All our clothes racks are made of 3/4 inch pipes, which is approximately 26mm in diameter. We have tested the durability of different sizes of pipes and found that 3/4" is the best size in terms of durability and design.

The concept for our products is to create a raw look. We therefore produce our racks from a material called "black threaded pipe" made of iron. There are no 2 pipes that are alike. This means that the scratches and marks seen on the pipes are part of the design we want to capture. 

The shipping cost starts from €15 and is depending on the weight of your package. The shipping will be calculated in the basket before you check out.
